Regional Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key customers across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid for and meet or exceed sales targets for assigned key accounts by delivering value and aligning offerings with client business objectives.
  • Grow revenue in assigned key accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, introducing new products or services, and expanding the client's portfolio.
  • Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs related to business development and service improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve mutual goals, such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.
  • Promote improvements and tailor solutions that enhance the client experience by effectively communicating customer needs, challenges, and feedback to relevant teams.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

  • Fair knowledge of the geography in which the position will be based.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
