Business Development Lead

The Integrations and Partnerships Business Development Lead plays a pivotal role in driving collaboration across the organization, working closely with business stakeholders from different verticals to unlock synergies and create cross-business solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders across the organization to identify integration opportunities and leverage the strengths of different business units.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with external organizations, platforms, and brands to enhance organization-wide offerings.
  • B Tosolve dinitiatives and campaigns by aligning with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and creative).
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements ensuring value creation for the organization and partners.
  • Track and report performance of internal and external collaborations against business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in partnerships, business strategy, or corporate development, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of working with multiple business units or companies to create integrated solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse business leaders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
