We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for implementing strategies that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Manage and track financial plans by virtue of annual planning activities.
- Culture Development: Create a culture that is built on quality, trust, and superior specialist skill sets, breeds success fosters effective teamwork and relationships at the workplace, and spreads an integrated mindset among all stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning: Plan and aid in the implementation of integrated business strategies, driving growth value for clients.
- Cross-Selling: Establish processes/systems for cross-selling client services across the company. Identify opportunities within the teams to take up more business/projects and work with the business development team to plug the gaps.
- Training and Guidance: Provide training support to the team as and when required and provide guidance.
- Client Relationships: Implement ways of working/processes/schedules to course-correct, in case of any escalations from the clients. Develop a mechanism for clients to experience the depth of service offerings, in order to drive growth in line with company imperatives.
- 5+ years in a relevant field of work
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development.
