You will be a key player in shaping the future of cybersecurity as a Strategic Employee Partnerships Manager.
Your Impact:
- Educate and guide leaders on performance management and elevation strategies.
- Be a business partner for leaders, providing advice to enhance performance and capability across teams and organizations.
- Advise and lead employee relations issues, including reorganizations, conflicts, complaints, grievances, behavioral and conduct matters.
- Undertake investigations related to conduct and policy issues.
- Lead and manage the Company's Policy on Sexual Harassment (POSH) process.
- Manage employee relations data, case management, and file management, providing support where required.
- Present data for quarterly business reviews of case outcomes, trends, and data analysis to business partners.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Employee Relations, preferably in an HR Business Partner or Employee Relations role.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and influence in a global organization.
- Collaboration skills across teams, regions, and time zones.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective listening and persuasive communication with the ability to influence.
- Experience managing sensitive confidential employee and company information.
- Experience with employment law and effective risk management practices is beneficial.
