Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our Food and Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to create and execute sales plans that meet business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
