Remote Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven business development specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and has a passion for building long-term relationships with clients.

  • Identify key decision-makers within the software/tech industry
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients, leading to pre-onboarding calls with our founder
  • Presentation of our QA service packages with confidence and professionalism
  • Management of outreach across multiple channels, including email and other digital platforms
  • Development and maintenance of a qualified sales pipeline
About the Role

This is not a quick-win sales role. We are looking for individuals who understand the importance of client acquisition and value building lasting business relationships.

High performers will have long-term earning potential and opportunities to grow with our company as the role scales.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build trusted client relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, client-facing tone)
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Familiarity with software/technology sectors (preferred, but not essential)
