Mobile Games Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Mobile Games Acquisition Specialist to join our growth team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across major ad platforms.
  • Manage daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to hit key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement structured A/B tests for campaigns, audiences, and creatives to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure accurate event configuration and tracking across mobile measurement partners (MMPs).
  • Analyze campaign and cohort-level data from ad platforms and MMPs to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Calculate breakeven points and model projected long-term value by user cohorts.
  • Understand and act on player journey metrics, including new users, retained users, and reactivated users.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports in tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
  • Apply predictive modeling and early KPIs to forecast long-term user value.
  • Develop and execute a full-funnel user acquisition strategy that integrates acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Create and manage audience strategies, including custom audiences and lookalike audiences.
  • Design and execute re-engagement campaigns for churned or low-activity users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect user acquisition with retention and monetization strategies.
  • Stay current with emerging ad tech and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brief, conceptualize, and test ad creatives, including video, playable, and static ads.
  • Design and run creative test campaigns with structured methodologies.
  • Analyze creative performance using key metrics and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Build data-driven audience categories and ensure visual assets and ad copy are tailored to the right segment.
  • Establish creative refresh cycles and rotation strategies to combat ad fatigue.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile games.
  • Proven expertise with major ad platforms, including Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong working knowledge of MMPs, including event setup and analysis.
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition KPIs, including CPI, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Ability to run re-engagement campaigns and leverage MMP and platform data for targeting and predictive analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Excel and SQL.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
