Business Development Manager Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead new client acquisition and drive business growth for our US IT staffing division.
This is a key hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and closing deals with new clients. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding our market presence within the US.
This position involves driving lead generation, client outreach, presentations, and direct sales efforts to establish service agreements and foster long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and secure new Direct Clients, Tier 1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners
- Create and execute strategic go-to-market and corporate sales plans
- Drive lead generation, client outreach, presentations, and direct sales efforts
- Establish service agreements and foster long-term client relationships
US Staffing Expertise:
- Deep understanding of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099)
- Proven track record in successful consultant placements
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing staffing sales team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of proven success in US IT Staffing & Recruitment
- Strong existing client relationships with ability to generate immediate business
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
