We are seeking a highly skilled PSU Relationship Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Mid-Market Group (MMG) segment, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new PSU relationships that align with our business objectives.
- Analyze client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their financial and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage credit quality, compliance, and risk management in all client dealings.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate/PSU relationship management or acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of the PSU ecosystem, corporate banking products, and credit analysis.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
- MBA/CA/Graduate degree with relevant banking experience is preferred.
