Membership Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Membership Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving membership growth through strategic sales efforts, networking, and cultivating member referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue qualified leads for membership and generate traffic through targeted outreach, mailers, and referrals.
- Engage with prospective members to execute an effective conversion plan and ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
- Foster strong relationships with current members to promote retention and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategic sales decisions.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of member interactions, including sales calls, meetings, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall member experience and drive business growth.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A Master's degree from a top-tier university, preferably with 8-10 years of relevant work experience.

- Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to navigate complex situations and deliver results-oriented solutions.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
