Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Membership Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving membership growth through strategic sales efforts, networking, and cultivating member referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue qualified leads for membership and generate traffic through targeted outreach, mailers, and referrals.
  • Engage with prospective members to execute an effective conversion plan and ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Foster strong relationships with current members to promote retention and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategic sales decisions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of member interactions, including sales calls, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall member experience and drive business growth.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree from a top-tier university, preferably with 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven expertise in business development, sales, and relationship-building within the Indian family business and UHNWI markets.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to navigate complex situations and deliver results-oriented solutions.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
