Membership Experience Specialist

About the Job:
At OPPO, we're seeking a highly skilled Membership Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our community operations department, you'll be responsible for formulating membership strategies, planning marketing activities, and analyzing member data to increase sales and user stickiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the member management system, including user stratification, point system, rights and interests setting, to improve user experience and satisfaction.
- Plan and implement member marketing activities, such as points redemption, coupon issuance, to promote member re-purchase and increase user loyalty.
- Interact with members through CRM systems, social media, WhatsApp, and other channels to solve questions and provide personalized services.
- Responsible for planning and implementing member-related projects, such as member days, member-only activities, to ensure smooth progress and achieve objectives.
Education Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in any Specialization
Skills Required:
Internet user growth and operation related work experience. Membership operation and management experience is preferred.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
