The Role:

You will play a critical role in equipping our Sales, Presales & SDR teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to excel. As a strategic partner to the Sales Leadership team, you will develop and implement comprehensive enablement programs that drive pipeline generation, shorten sales cycles, and maximize revenue attainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Sales Enablement Strategy: Align with overall business goals and drive business outcomes.
  • Create Impactful Training Content: Cover product knowledge, sales methodologies, negotiation tactics, and objection handling for Sales, Presales & SDR teams.
  • Curate Sales Collateral and Resources: Develop and curate sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources for ongoing learning and reference.
  • Analyse Sales Data: Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Best practices in Sales Enablement.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product Teams: Ensure alignment between enablement programs and marketing messaging, product capabilities, and ongoing product development.

Qualifications:

  • Pre-Sales Experience: 3+ years in the MarTech space.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: At least 3 years in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales role, or 3+ years in a customer IT/Creative role within a Martech SAAS set.
  • Consultative Approach: Ability to employ an advisory approach to comprehend business gaps and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with CRM Systems and Sales Technology Tools: A plus.
  • PASSION FOR SALES AND CONTINUOUS LEARNING: Required.

Location: India (Estimated salary range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per year, based on location and industry standards)
