Job Description
The Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) will be responsible for establishing and expanding our enterprise business across India, with a vision to scale into additional markets. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, managing key customer relationships, and leading sales initiatives to achieve business objectives. This is a Quota driven role and preferably the applicants should be based in Bengaluru, Mumbai or Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion & Strategy Development:
- Establish and expand the enterprise account business in India as a first phase, with plans for international growth in subsequent phases.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies by analyzing market trends, mapping competitors, and leveraging sales forecasting to drive effective decision-making.
- Ensure business acumen and accuracy in sales forecasting to meet revenue objectives.
- Sales Leadership & Execution:
- Develop and drive a field sales strategy, ensuring a strong pipeline and consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Provide leadership in identifying strategic growth opportunities and penetrating new markets and verticals.
- Manage and expand relationships with key decision-makers (CXO level) to deliver impactful sales presentations and close high-value deals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Account & Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers, ensuring alignment of business objectives and maximizing value from partnerships.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments, building and pursuing leads to expand business growth.
- Provide valuable market feedback to the product development team, contributing to the evolution of solutions that meet customer needs.
- Define customer profiles, develop compelling value propositions, and create tailored strategies to drive success within each account.
- Build strong executive connections within accounts to align with customer priorities and deliver customized solutions.
- Translate customer challenges into unique value propositions and actionable sales strategies.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Utilize strong influencing and collaboration skills to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders, driving results through relationship-building at all levels.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of proven experience in IT Services Sales, with a deep understanding of the IT services industry.
- Extensive experience in managing and expanding enterprise-level accounts and relationships.
- Strong knowledge of the unique needs and demands of Enterprise Accounts.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (CXO level).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
