About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Radio Ad Operations team at Tata Consultancy Services. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensure accurate and timely ad delivery, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of broadcast workflows, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to managing complex schedules and client requirements. Key responsibilities include:
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and maintaining sales records.
  • Ad Operations: Coordinate the delivery of broadcast ads, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales data, ad delivery, and client interactions.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, ad operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
