Are you a strategic thinker with the ability to align sponsorship opportunities with brand objectives?

  • We are seeking an experienced Sponsorship Lead to develop and execute our sponsorship strategy for live events.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in sponsorship sales/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying potential sponsors, building a robust pipeline, and converting opportunities into signed partnerships.
  2. Crafting compelling sponsorship proposals and packages aligned with brand objectives and event positioning.
  3. Leading negotiations, contract closures, and relationship management with sponsors.
  4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure sponsorship deliverables are met.
  5. Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and brand spends in the live events &experiential industry.
  6. Driving revenue targets through sponsorship sales and ensuring repeat business.
  7. Representing us in industry forums, conferences, and networking events to strengthen brand presence.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field.
  • Strong network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporates.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align sponsorship opportunities with brand objectives.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for live events, culture, and experiences.
