About the Role

Job Summary:

This position involves coordinating multiple large-scale events for executives throughout each quarter.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate within a dynamic team environment that prioritizes high growth.

  • Coordinate, manage, and execute multiple large-scale events for executives quarterly.
  • Utilize existing technology infrastructure including Zoom Meeting, Zoom Webinar, Meta/Workvivo Streaming, and vMix in conjunction with various audio and video hardware at ServiceNow and external locations.
  • Oversee and own event production in the region.
  • Participate in ideation and development of strategic plans for productions and events internally.
  • Identify and address service gaps focusing on employee satisfaction and seamless experience.
  • Understand ServiceNow's company branding, narrative, and message to align with corporate communications, marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Bring exceptional communication and organizational skills to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment prioritizing high growth.
  • Develop and oversee project budgeting, external vendors, and contractors as needed.
  • Own the creation and maintenance of internal partnerships and cross-functional processes between various departments and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for best practices and production solutions.
