Program Management Role

The Program Manager role serves as the operational backbone of our partner co-sell and channel motion.

This role maintains program structure, ensures cross-team accountability and drives execution across initiatives.

The Program Manager coordinates between internal stakeholders, partners and portals, ensuring that program goals are met on time and with high quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage program trackers, calendars, milestones and goal updates.
  • Establish and maintain operating rhythms (biweekly syncs, quarterly planning, report preparation).
  • Collaborate with task stewards and functional owners to ensure seamless task execution.
  • Drive cross-team accountability for deliverables and deadlines.
  • Interface directly with partner centers, CRM systems and other portals.
  • Manage recurring and event-driven administrative tasks such as data uploads, CRM updates and listing changes.
  • Compile monthly reports and performance scorecards.
  • Propose enhancements to tracking, reporting and operational workflows.
  • Partner with business development and sales operations to identify growth opportunities (e.g., new listings, account coverage).

For this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related field (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of program management, partner operations or channel experience, strong familiarity with partner ecosystems and excellent organizational skills.
