We are seeking an experienced and skilled support professional to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns via various channels.
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new customers, ensuring they understand our services and product offerings.
- Maintain a professional demeanor when handling escalations and difficult situations.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and report findings to enhance our services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support, account management, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Bilingualism (English, Hindi, and Telugu) is a plus.
