
Global Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for handling international customer calls efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot complex issues: Use your technical expertise to identify and resolve complex problems that customers may be experiencing.
- Communicate effectively: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
- Meet performance targets: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, call handling time, and resolution rates.
- Document interactions: Accurately record all customer interactions, including details of solutions provided and any follow-up actions required.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English, with no grammatical errors or misunderstandings.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Customer service skills: Experience in providing excellent customer service, with a strong focus on meeting customer needs and expectations.
- Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
