Job Title: Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team at Basware. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing projects and change requests according to agreed scope, time, cost, and expected quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing projects and change requests according to agreed scope, baselines, costs, and expected quality.
  • Project planning and scoping: Develop and scope project plans to meet business outcomes and objectives.
  • Resource management: Plan and manage resources effectively, including regional and global teams.
  • Communication and stakeholder management: Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Risk management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Change request management: Lead change request implementations and manage a portfolio of active change requests.
  • Project execution and delivery: Lead and motivate project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Documentation and reporting: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
  • Compliance and governance: Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and processes.
  • Customer relationship management: Build successful customer relationships.
  • Budget management: Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Project management skills: Proficient in planning, scoping, estimating, and executing projects.
  • Communication and presentation skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation: Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively.
  • Resource planning and management: Experience in resourcing planning and management, including regional and global teams.
  • Process and systems knowledge: Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
  • Customer delivery experience: Experience in delivering change requests or projects for external customers.

Good-to-Have:

  • Experience with ERP systems / Basware solutions.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • General knowledge of enterprise applications and financial supply chain processes.
  • Understanding of Basware solution portfolio.
  • Project management certification such as CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE-2.

Experience: 3 years of working experience in supporting project deliveries (Software development/implementation).

Education: Minimum of bachelor's degree in computer science or related concentration in computer programming/technology.
