Senior Compensation Professional

As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the compensation needs of the IND Stores organization. You will work closely with People eXperience and Technology (PXT) Partners and Management to achieve objectives and provide hands-on assistance related to all areas of compensation.
Job Responsibilities:- Work on various projects including program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new programs
- Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives
- Effectively partner with HR and Business client to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues
- Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on total compensation issues including pay levels, base pay, annual incentive pay, and stock compensation
- Conduct job evaluations using market data and internal evaluation
- 7+ years experience in Human Resources, Compensation Management, or Consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices
- Good understanding of compensation and benefits systems and legislation in the IND region
- Bachelor's degree
- Graduate degree
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees within the organization
- Ability to work independently, take on responsibility, and be quick of foot in a fast-paced environment
- Solid consultation skills and ability to seek out information and provide quality advice
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
