Employee Compensation Manager Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Employee Compensation Manager to join our team at Gallagher. This role is critical to designing and developing compensation and benefits policies and structures that support the company's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of compensation best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and develop C&B policies and compensation structures that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement comp & ben processes that align with business needs and strategy.
  • Analyze compensation reports against market trends and propose recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:
  • MBA or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in total rewards or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale compensation projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹95 lakhs - ₹1.2 crores per annum
