Employee Total Rewards Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an Employee Total Rewards Manager to join our team at Gallagher. This role will be responsible for managing overall employee compensation and benefits, as well as total rewards for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with business objectives
- Manage compensation and benefits processes to ensure compliance with India compliances
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary controls
- Provide analysis and recommendations on compensation reports and market trends
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide insights on compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure that compensation practices are compliant with current legislation
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ownership and growth mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in advanced Excel skills
- Strong data analytical skills and ability to collaborate with people across functions
- Basic knowledge of India compliances in C&B
Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,200,000 per annum
