About the Role:
The Total Rewards Manager at Edgeverve is responsible for designing and implementing total rewards programs that drive employee engagement and retention. This role requires a strong understanding of employee value proposition and total rewards strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute total rewards strategies aligned with business objectives
- Design and implement total rewards programs that balance internal equity and external competitiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop benefits and recognition programs
- Analyze market data to inform compensation decisions
- Provide guidance on total rewards best practices to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary Estimate: ₹18,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum
