Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Associate to join our team. As a Support Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring high-quality service while maintaining professionalism. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues, while also escalating complex problems to internal teams as needed.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in Korean is mandatory, and prior experience in customer service, call centers, or BPO is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to handle customer complaints effectively, and good typing speed. You should also be proficient in handling email, chat, and CRM tools, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
