Job Title: Candidate Support Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage candidate communications, verify documentation, and ensure all interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This is a full-time internship opportunity that requires 9 hours of work including a 1-hour break and a minimum duration of 9 months.

As a Candidate Support Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat, serving as a champion for candidates.
  • Reviewing candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy and communicating clearly if additional information is required.
  • Educating candidates on the documentation process and providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.
  • Documenting candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.
  • Creating and maintaining support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions.
  • Assisting Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information and informing internal teams of any escalated issues.
  • Handling level 1 escalations that require a solid understanding of our documentation and candidate support processes.
