Customer Support Associate

Are you a detail-oriented and analytical professional looking for a role that combines customer support with program management? We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Associate to join our team in Mumbai (Andheri-Marol). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Execution: Assist in the execution of programs from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, faculty, and external partners to coordinate program activities, meet timelines, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Learner Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for learners, including communication, engagement, and tracking progress.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze program data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Query Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for learners and stakeholders, resolving queries quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and basic data handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
