Job Summary:

You will serve as a liaison between our clients and technical teams, driving conversations, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Ensure clear understanding of client requirements, updates, and deliverables through regular communication
  • Project Discovery: Scope and execute data analytics, AI, CRM, and digital transformation projects from start to finish
  • Actionable Plans: Translate client needs into actionable plans for technical teams
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve risks to ensure timely delivery
  • Prioritization: Prioritize and assign tasks, ensuring team alignment and accountability
  • Solution Optimization: Review solution designs and suggest optimizations based on industry best practices
  • Documentation: Maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting dashboards
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze feedback, metrics, and team retrospectives to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of program or project management experience in tech consulting or product teams
  • Experience in data analytics, AI/ML, and CRM platforms (like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and contribute to solution discussions
  • Exceptional prioritization, time management, and team coordination capabilities
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Zoho Projects)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or product management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD in Project Management, Business, or related field preferred
