As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs that equip front-line and management staff with the skills they need to excel in their roles.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trainer who can create engaging training content, including manuals, videos, and SOP guides. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering consistent results across multiple locations and will be able to conduct onboarding programs for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality training materials, including documents, presentations, and digital content.
  • Delivery: Conduct training sessions across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery.
  • Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of our training programs and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development within the QSR industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build confidence and motivate team members.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative training solutions.
