Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner - Operations to drive HR functions, focusing on bulk hiring, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations for our retail/QSR industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth workforce pipeline and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bulk Hiring: Lead end-to-end hiring for operational roles/ caf hiring.
  • HR Operations: Manage onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee records.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Handle engagement, retention, grievances, and exits.
  • Training & Performance: Support training programs and drive performance management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders for workforce planning and HR strategy.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of HRBP/HR Operations experience, with bulk hiring expertise.
  • Strong background in Retail/QSR industry.
