Senior Trainer – QSR Industry

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Trainer to join our team at Amadora Artisan Ice Cream. As a fast-growing premium QSR brand, we are committed to building strong, capable teams that deliver consistent excellence in customer service and operations.

The Senior Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and leading training programs across our stores. This includes content creation, training execution, and capability building across multiple cities. The role demands strong communication, a hands-on approach, and a passion for developing people in the fast-paced QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for front-line and management staff across multiple stores.
  • Create engaging training content (manuals, videos, SOP guides, assessments).
  • Ensure consistency in training delivery across cities.
  • Conduct onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Train employees on customer service, operational SOPs, hygiene, and upselling.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and track employee performance improvements.
  • Partner with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and address them through targeted training modules.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of training experience in the QSR industry.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create training content (documents, presentations, digital material).
  • Experience conducting multi-city training sessions.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and build confidence in team members at all levels.
