Pilates Instructor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verbal screening: Conducting thorough assessments to ensure that all clients are safe to participate in Pilates classes and providing guidance on what to do if they experience any issues.
  • Designing and delivering Pilates programs tailored to individual clients' needs and abilities.
  • Teaching group and one-on-one Pilates classes, ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes in duration.
  • Creating a welcoming environment that puts clients at ease and fosters a sense of community within the class.
  • Ensuring the area is safe and reporting any potential risks or hazards.
  • Engaging with clients, encouraging participation, and understanding their goals and aspirations.
  • Developing and implementing modifications, adaptations, and progressions to cater to varying client needs within a class setting.
