Job Title: Performance Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Performance Coach to join our team. As a key member of our wellness team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized training programs for clients to improve their strength, endurance, mobility, and overall performance.
  • Assess client fitness levels and progress, adjusting training plans as needed
  • Motivate and educate clients, helping them stay on track with their health and fitness goals
  • Stay updated with the latest fitness methodologies and integrate new techniques into training
  • Collaborate with the team to create holistic wellness solutions
  • Maintain accurate client records and progress reports
  • Ensure safety and proper exercise techniques during sessions

A Certified Personal Trainer is required from a recognized institute such as K11, IFSI, or Prehab. Immediate joiner preferred. If you have a passion for fitness and enjoy working with others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and Delivering Training Programs

We are looking for someone who can design and deliver customized training programs that cater to the unique needs of each client. This includes assessing their fitness levels, creating personalized plans, and adjusting them as needed.

Motivating and Educating Clients

You will be responsible for motivating and educating clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. This involves providing guidance, support, and feedback throughout the training process.

Staying Updated with Fitness Methodologies

We require someone who stays up-to-date with the latest fitness methodologies and integrates new techniques into their training programs. This ensures that clients receive the best possible service and achieves optimal results.

Collaboration and Communication

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to create holistic wellness solutions for clients. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential in this role.

Safety and Record Keeping

As a Performance Coach, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records and progress reports. You must also ensure the safety and proper exercise techniques during sessions.

Requirements:

Certification and Qualifications

A Certified Personal Trainer certification from a recognized institute is required. Experience in the fitness industry is an asset but not necessary.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential in this role.
