We are seeking a seasoned talent sourcing specialist to power our IT infrastructure recruitment engine. This role is ideal for sourcing professionals who thrive in high-volume IT hiring and know how to find top IT infrastructure talent before anyone else does.

Job Description:
  • Drive end-to-end sourcing for large-scale IT infrastructure roles, utilizing job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
  • Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT infrastructure hiring. They should possess proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds, mastery of Boolean search, and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
