Project Manager Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Lead project meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 8-11 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
  • Proficiency in German language is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
  • Experience in managing medium to large-scale projects with complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
