Job Title

Develop and implement automated test equipment (ATE) test programs for a project focused on migrating existing test programs from various platforms to the NI STS platform.

  • Migrate existing test programs from various platforms to the NI STS platform
  • Rewrite test methods and adapt test flows for the new NI STS environment
  • Develop and maintain characterization programs
  • Drive FA and debug activities for digital/analog failures in ATE test program
  • Custom test method development and data analysis

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in IC Test or equivalent field
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices
  • Proficiency in C++/C#
  • Solid understanding of test program development and debugging
  • Knowledge of basic statistical analysis for test correlation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrating existing test programs from Teradyne J750, ETS 88, and Teradyne Microflex to NI STS platform
  • Developing and maintaining characterization programs for ATE test programs
  • Driving failure analysis and debugging activities for digital/analog failures in ATE test program

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in IC Test or equivalent field
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices
  • Proficiency in C++/C#
  • Solid understanding of test program development and debugging
