Job Title: Program Development Lead

Job Description:

Vehicles are becoming increasingly connected and autonomous, enhancing the driving experience. We're seeking a skilled Program Development Lead to oversee our customer-centric approach in delivering award-winning programs.

This role involves overseeing all aspects of program delivery execution from pursuit to launch and beyond. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in automotive product life cycles, including SW project deliveries, product launches, design, purchasing, supplier quality, and program management skills.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. They will also have a good understanding of clusters, infotainment, and cockpit domain controllers.

  • Oversight and responsibility for all program deliverables with specific customers
