About the role:

The HRBP plays a strategic and hands-on role in building and delivering people strategies that fuel the company's hyper-growth. This role partners closely with key stakeholders to support a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations, and shape key HR programs like performance, retention, rewards, and engagement. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, HR functional expertise to drive business impact.

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role.

Educational Background:

MBA from premium Institute is preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Drive critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement; cost for a fast paced business.
  • Engage; work with key internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for C&B, Staffing, HRSS and the business.
  • Operate independently; ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team. Train, mentor and lead HR initiatives and best Practices.
  • Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations and Business HR teams.
  • Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and to executive on corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.
  • Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm.
  • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues through objective investigations and sound judgment.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning by guiding business and HR teams.
