1. Core Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and Statutes
  • Expertise in Statutory Compliance and Audit (EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.)
  • Experience in Payroll Management and MIS Reports
  • Strong background in Human Resource Administration and Recruitment
  • Employee Welfare and Insurance handling
  • Experience in Full and Final Settlements, EPF Settlements
  • Knowledge of Cess Assessment
  • Proficiency in procuring CLRA and BOCW Licenses and staying updated with amendments
  • Handling clearance of Labour Notices under Statutory bodies
  • Conducting internal statutory audits at project sites

  • Self-motivated, methodical, and process-driven
  • Independent, proactive, and initiative-taking
  • Positive attitude, hardworking, and ability to work under pressure

3. Qualifications: Any Degree/Post Degree
