About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our programs, focusing on empowering gifted children through parent-led initiatives. The Program Director will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing a new program from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to design, scale, and optimize programs for maximum impact and sustainability.
  • Design and launch targeted initiatives to achieve defined objectives and performance targets, ensuring alignment with the program's overall vision and goals.
  • Establish a scalable digital delivery platform for large-scale dissemination of programs, ensuring accessibility, efficiency, and seamless user experience.
  • Set up clear performance indicators and measurable outcomes to assess the program's effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance performance based on feedback and key metrics.
  • Oversee the development of a comprehensive curriculum that fosters holistic growth, supporting cognitive development, emotional well-being, and the instillation of core values in children.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive organizational alignment, streamline operations, and ensure the seamless execution of programs.
