Project Manager Job Description

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Acting as a vital link between developers, stakeholders, and users, this individual is responsible for documenting requirements and detailed technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate incoming project requests into detailed requirements and/or specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to gain consensus before development starts.
  • Work closely with the website development team and stakeholders to manage scope, schedule, and quality of projects.
  • Partner with the Enterprise team on projects requiring integration between systems.
  • Present project deliverables to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Related university degree or college diploma required, or an acceptable equivalent of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with strong project management expertise.
  • Ability to work US hours, with significant collaboration with US stakeholders.
  • Experience with content management systems and website user experience is essential.
  • Strong organization and English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-starter with ability to multitask and support multiple project initiatives according to deadlines.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Data driven, with ability to complete analytics to inform road maps.
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor while organizing resources to resolve system outages or feature failures.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and Jira is preferred.
