  • Leadership and Strategy

  • Departmental Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the Engineering department, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to hotel brand standards.
    • Direct the Engineering department to maximize profitability and revenue.

    • Review contracts and negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with vendors, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
    • Maintain compliance with building safety codes, health and safety laws, and other regulations.

    • Manage hotel renovations, coordinate project status with the Regional Technical Services Office, architects, licensing agencies, contractors, and hotel management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably in an engineering capacity.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
