Leadership Role in Hospitality Asset Management

This is a high-level position that involves managing, enhancing, and optimizing the performance and value of hospitality assets. The role demands strategic foresight, financial acumen, operator management, and ownership thinking.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor and drive the financial and operational performance of all hotel and restaurant assets.
  • Lead the budget finalization process with operating partners to ensure goals are aligned.
  • Analyze RevPAR, GOP, ADR, occupancy, and EBITDA trends; optimize ROI.
  • Benchmark with industry data and STR reports to ensure competitiveness.
Commercial Asset Management
  • Manage leasing, tenant relationships, and yield enhancement at commercial developments.
  • Oversight of CAM, tenant compliance, facilities, and lifecycle maintenance.
  • Structure monetization strategies through leasing, JV, REIT, or selective exits.
Land Bank Development
  • Drive the development of land banks in key markets.
  • Floating and managing RFPs for architects, contractors, and brand/operator tie-ups.
  • Evaluation of feasibility, design concepts, and financial models for new hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
  • Ensure statutory approvals and timely execution.
Brand & Operator Engagement
  • Identify and evaluate suitable hotel brands across segments.
  • Negotiate management agreements and commercial terms.
  • Govern operator relationships to ensure compliance with financial and brand objectives.
Reporting & Strategic Input
  • Maintain MIS, dashboards, and board presentations on asset performance.
  • Support in preparing investment strategy papers, pitch decks, and deal structuring.
  • Track hospitality and real estate trends for informed decision making.

Financial and analytical rigour with strategic outlook, ability to handle operator negotiations, feasibility analysis, and reporting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with stakeholders, strong project management and execution coordination ability, willingness to travel periodically across South India.
