Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery:
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on various topics, including entrepreneurship skills, digital literacy, financial literacy, sustainable living, and health.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans, incorporating relevant materials and resources.
  • Participant Support:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring participants gain the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to participants, addressing their specific needs and concerns.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starting mentality with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Understanding and experience of rural women's realities, needs, and well-being concerns.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
