Institutional Strengthening Specialist sought to lead capacity-building programs.

About the Role
  • Serve as Nodal Expert for all activities related to dam safety institutional strengthening, fostering expertise and guidance.
  • Develop and finalize annual training calendars for capacity-building programs, enhancing professional growth.
  • Coordinate and implement domestic and international training programs, including logistics and stakeholder coordination, promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Organize public outreach programs, annual dam safety conferences/workshops, and seminars, engaging with key stakeholders.
  • Finalize draft guidelines/manuals for official publication, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare and publish regular DRIP Bulletins, disseminating critical information.
  • Manage DRIP activities on social media platforms and print/digital media, expanding reach and impact.
  • Advise the Project Director on corrective and technical matters, providing expert counsel.
  • Manage the official DRIP website and MIS system, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Support in finalizing training programs, external and domestic training agreements, and addressing capacity-building issues, ensuring seamless implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in institutional development and strengthening of large organizations globally. A Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant discipline is required.
