
Organizational Management Specialist

The Organizational Management team plays a crucial role in depicting the organizational structure, providing and distributing information electronically, and serving as a basis for reporting, audits, and workflows.
- Key Responsibilities
- Global Projects: Participate actively in design, transition, takeover phases, and ensure smooth running of OM activities in Global Projects. Develop strategic plans to implement efficient project management practices.
- Automation Programs: Design, initiate, and implement automation programs to reduce capacity and enhance user experience through process optimization.
- Process Improvements & Harmonization: Identify, initiate, and implement process improvements through Change Requests, Liaison Hours, and Service Management Tickets. Harmonize processes across entities by streamlining operations.
- Maintenance of Organizational Structures: Maintain accurate Organizational structures, Position, Person, and Communication Master data, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Technical Support: Provide 2nd-level support on technical issues, resolving queries related to COMPAS, HR core – Rules, Policies & Processes, data creation & maintenance, and other related applications.
- SAP Updations: Update SAP HR Core with org units, classification, org types, cost center updates, personnel area/sub area updation, location update, account assignment, info org unit, position maintenance, position movements, role updation, target & disciplinary manager mapping, managerial assignments, direct/indirect flag update, and other relevant changes.
- Monthly Inputs: Contribute monthly inputs to Org changes Stakeholders Team on Org management and Chief updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- SLA Adherence: Ensure timely closure of SSF tickets and interact via Teams or e-mail with stakeholders, maintaining open communication channels.
- Reporting & MIS: Create Queries and generate Need-Based MIS & Reports from SAP & COMPAS, leveraging data analytics to inform business decisions.
- Customer Partnership: Effectively partner with internal and external customers, delivering high-level customer service through collaboration and relationship-building.
