Project Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Professional to lead our projects in the workspace fit-out industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, commercial projects, and client-centric operations. They should also have excellent research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to Kolkata for upcoming projects as needed while maintaining a base location in NCR.
  • Conduct thorough technical due diligence on projects.
  • Review drawings and BOQs, taking ownership of project documentation.
  • Plan and present project milestones, procurement plans, and other critical information to the business team.
  • Ensure quality installation at each stage of construction by coordinating with build partners.
  • Collaborate with consultants, architects, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects successfully.
  • Implement value engineering and cost-saving mechanisms throughout the project life cycle.
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of minutes and communicate risks with mitigation plans if necessary.
  • Utilize construction management tools and software efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 02 -04 years of experience in the workspace fit-out industry.
  • Preferably from a D&B or coworking space background.

Education:

  • B.E/B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical degree required.
  • Graduation must be through a full-time day course.
  • Specialized in MEP.
