We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead multiple renovation and fit-out projects for a prominent client based in Gurugram, Haryana. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from design to construction.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Project Execution: Oversee the project execution cycle from design through procurement and construction for multiple renovation and fit-out projects.
  • Day-to-Day Management: Manage the internal team, designers, contractors, and vendors to achieve timely, on-budget completion with international quality standards.
  • Pre-Construction Phase: Prepare master schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies.
  • Programme Management: Coordinate with teams to prepare schedule trackers, BOI deliveries, and risk management plans.
  • Contracts & Cost Management: Prepare tender packages, administer the tender process, and manage change orders.
  • Construction Management: Supervise site logistics, shutdown plans, and works execution strategy in a running hotel.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control and safety procedures at site.

  • Bachelor's Degree: In civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitality fit-out projects.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tools: Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and documentation management.
