  • Project Scope Definition: Define project scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives within approved parameters.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management efforts to guarantee successful project delivery.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress and conduct review meetings to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Baseline Establishment: Establish baselines and oversee resource deployment, quality compliance, and time management to meet project requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance during construction phases to avoid any delays or penalties.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Site Logistics: Collaborate on site logistics and execution plans to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Procurement Strategy: Develop procurement strategies, manage RFPs, tenders, BOQs, and site deliveries to secure best value for the organization.

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in project management and construction planning is essential for this role.
  • Procurement Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulatory frameworks is required to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary to maintain effective relationships with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
