Job Description

The role of Project Coordinator is a crucial one in ensuring the success of projects by maintaining accurate data, analyzing performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project coordinators must maintain and update project data in project management tools/software.
  • They analyze project performance metrics such as timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
  • Clear, concise, and data-driven presentations and reports are prepared for management review.
  • Dashboards and visual insights are generated to track project progress and identify trends.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all reporting systems.
  • Support project managers with data insights for better planning and forecasting.
  • Identify patterns, risks, or deviations in project data and highlight them proactively.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project analysis, reporting, or data analysis roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Smartsheet) is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail are necessary.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an added advantage.
  • The ability to present complex data in a simple, structured, and meaningful way is important.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks are required.
